Steps Involved
Eligibility for Disability
Assess your eligibility for disability or early intervention support by using the NDIS Eligibility Checklist on their website.
Evidence of Disability
If eligible, apply to become a participant and provide evidence of your disability as outlined.
Planning Meeting
Attend Planning meeting. An NDIS Plan is made to meet your immediate support needs. The NDIS Plan will also indicate your short-term and long-term goals.
